"Hollyburn Plaza", managed by the Vancouver Property Developer and Manager, "Hollyburn Properties", is located at the corner of 18th Street and Marine Drive in West Vancouver. As traffic congestion has increased slightly in this area, it provides convenient access to its amenities and services with monitored one-hour parking (with camera surveillance) off 18th Street. This at-grade open-air courtyard offers 2 levels of commercial and office space, featuring restaurants (Panago, DQ, Oxford Learning, Kim Sushi), a pharmacy, salon, travel agency , an investment broker as well as other businesses on the second level.

I would give this building a zero rating, not even one star. My girlfriend and I lived here, and it was terribly organized. Goran and Jovanka, who supposedly manage the property, never took any action when we voiced our grievances: for example, noise from other tenants; bug infestation; unclean common areas; broken items in our apartment. On top of that, the apartments are extremely outdated and poorly maintained for their price point. Furthermore, Goran and Jovanka were very impolite to us – often times we'd see Goran under the influence of something. For these reasons we decided to move out; many others have given similar accounts of their experiences here as well. Thus if you don't want your complaints left unaddressed and managers who lack courtesy then do not rent here!

Don't do it! We lived in 901 for a few years and it was dark, ugly, and overpriced. When we moved in someone else's stuff filled the locker, forcing us to store our items in our apartment. We should've had our rent lowered due to this inconvenience. One of the elevators didn't work for almost a year either. Furthermore, there was an ant infestation that Terminix had to take care of regularly; noise from other tenants and garbage/recycling trucks below were also bothersome. Pigeons pooping/nesting on balconies and seagulls by the water were unavoidable nuisances as well. Lastly, Jovanka - the manager - did nothing when we complained about smoke entering our unit (which is supposed to be non-smoking) or when neighbours were having frequent arguments at night! It's a rip off with nothing special about it at all.
