2023-02-04T21:30:03ZThe Torbay Road Estates are wonderfully maintained and designed, with a very elegant atmosphere. The building management is especially good; they are friendly and accommodating to the tenants. Special mention should go to Laura Tipton of the office, who is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I had a great time at Torbay Road Estates until I had to move out of the province. Kudos to the team there!
