Im surprised by the low ratings and reviews due to the extraordinary value of this apartment complex The rooms are modernized with either hardwood or fauxhardwood floors no carpet my onebedroom is roomy and neat The balconies are large secluded so that you wont be able to see your neighbors nor they you The kitchen appliances are current and wellmaintained I 2022-09-18T10:32:16Z
Im surprised by the low ratings and reviews due to the extraordinary value of this apartment complex The rooms are modernized with either hardwood or fauxhardwood floors no carpet my onebedroom is roomy and neat The balconies are large secluded so that you wont be able to see your neighbors nor they you The kitchen appliances are current and wellmaintained I havent once been bothered by sound coming from other tenants here as opposed to other buildings Ive stayed in due to thin walls Whats more the facilities are unbelievable swimming pool two tennis courts squash court putting green you name it Plus theres a rooftop patio for sunbathing I havent tried out the rooftop lounge yet but plan on doing so soon although the gym needs a squat rack and more free weights smaller issues Riley from leasing has always been available and replies quickly to emails sent his way management keeps us updated on any renovations or disturbances that may take place in advance If youre an urbanite like me then do not pass up on this place more ... hide ...

Having stayed at this Apartments for over nine years I can attest to the fact that living in this community has been a great experience The staff ranging from the Property Manager to maintenance workers have been outstanding In particular Rayan is truly remarkable hes always willing to help with any maintenance needs and does his best to complete them within 2022-10-11T17:32:18Z
Having stayed at this Apartments for over nine years I can attest to the fact that living in this community has been a great experience The staff ranging from the Property Manager to maintenance workers have been outstanding In particular Rayan is truly remarkable hes always willing to help with any maintenance needs and does his best to complete them within the same day Moreover hes very friendly and professional when I call or stop by the office he even remembers my name He really goes above and beyond for me Additionally the property is kept clean all of the time which makes it so nice and inviting when people come visit me here more ... hide ...

If I could I would give this apartment a 0 star rating as there is nothing good about it The building is ancient and has an awful smell The air conditioner is too loud yet they havent come to fix it We asked for permission to bring our e bike into the unit and the woman at the rental office allowed us to do so But after almost a year living here a man who claimed he was the manager stopped us from taking it in and shouted at my husband despite us getting permission beforehand whats wrong with their management We went back to the office for clarification on their regulations for e bikes but instead of showing us or explaining them she said it wasnt her responsibility can you believe that Its outrageous She was also incredibly rude by constantly interrupting us In Canada there are people like this which shocks me I cant wait till our term ends so we can move out Feeling totally disgusted with those at the office more ... hide ...
