This building constructed in the mid 70s is one of the oldest highrise buildings in the area It features stairs from A and B level parking spots with A level being up the stairs and B level down There are no automatic doors for those in wheelchairs but there is a small ramp at the back for access to an above ground parking lot and playground sitting area Parking lots are also located on both sides of the building I have lived here for 10 years along with living at Lakeshore and Royal York as well as Lakeshore and Lorne Park however Port credit proves to be an excellent place to live and play The building has many amenities such as a pharmacy plus variety store dentist hair salon cellphone shop and cyropractor massage clinic The laundry room is large and easy to use on second floor just off elevator on left side The management team is great while all staff are exceptionally helpful and polite furthering that this area is well maintained kept very clean with many units completely renovated offering great views of Toronto skyline from front or Credit River valley from back very scenic As a result this area provides plenty of activities yet remains safe due to its community watching out for each other which I love about Port credit If you enjoyed my review please leave positive feedback while checking out my other reviewsphotos too God bless stay safe enjoy life more ... hide ...

Whoever is responsible for the management of these five buildings should be ashamed During a major snowstorm you failed to have any plows arrive at your properties at all making it necessary for your elderly residents to park blocks away and walk home Even an ambulance got stuck trying to leave with a patient from one of the buildings Now tonight when were e 2022-10-07T05:32:17Z
Whoever is responsible for the management of these five buildings should be ashamed During a major snowstorm you failed to have any plows arrive at your properties at all making it necessary for your elderly residents to park blocks away and walk home Even an ambulance got stuck trying to leave with a patient from one of the buildings Now tonight when were expecting only 10 centimeters of snow youve deployed little Bobcats into the apartments and are plowing them without regard for the noise this will create in the middle of the night Its 247AM and I and my three children have been woken up due to all the beeping from these Bobcats as they continually move forward then backward This is unacceptable my daughter has Autism Spectrum Disorder so its going to take a great effort on my part now just to get her back asleep again My neighbor also struggles through tough work during his days and needs rest other neighbors nearby are quite ill or old too and have been jolted awake by now as well not mentioning that this action has violated noise ordinance laws I attempted finding out who manages these residences so that I could contact them directly but was unsuccessful which is why Im posting here instead How rude more ... hide ...

This used to be a wonderful place to live The prior management was outstanding they constantly kept up with the buildings upkeep such as repainting and pressure washing it and regularly cleaning Maintenance was always taken care of all around The grounds were tidy and neatly landscaped Sadly Rize Alliance Properties bought it for redevelopment bringing many problems along with it pests like roaches and mice appear throughout the building garbage is everywhere even inside cleaning is seldom done the building is deteriorating due to cracks coming out of its walls the parking lot has been left in disarray Security has been eliminated so now dangerous people roam freely day and night people sleep in the laundry room that should be locked up too Our units are not being maintained anymore either no pest control or minimal maintenance overall happens here anymore I have lived here for 15 years but am finally making my way out thank goodness It makes me sad though because I still care about this place whenever I see trash I pick it up Maintenance staff does their best but is asked to perform less work than necessary according to tenancy agreement which Rize Alliance Properties breaks constantly something needs to be done soon more ... hide ...
