I moved into this building in late 2019 and out at the end of 2020 The laundry room was particularly unpleasant with cobwebs and dirt in the corners there were also mold and mildew on the old washing machines that had builtup detergent and fabric softener residue Signs were posted to keep machines open after use but no one followed this rule not even the cle 2022-09-07T06:02:17Z
I moved into this building in late 2019 and out at the end of 2020 The laundry room was particularly unpleasant with cobwebs and dirt in the corners there were also mold and mildew on the old washing machines that had builtup detergent and fabric softener residue Signs were posted to keep machines open after use but no one followed this rule not even the cleaning staff Roaches were also present The parking is an outdoor garage that is not very secure many people have had their cars broken into or damaged here Maintenance was good though there was an employee who lived in the building that could quickly solve any problems I had within an hour of reporting them Cleanliness was standard but some tenants didnt care about their surroundings which affected it negatively Management depended on whom you spoke to one person didnt like dealing with conflict while two others were friendly and eager to help out when needed The unit I lived in had been renovated minimally new bathroom appliances that came with pest control certificates but low water pressure from kitchen pipes and slowflowing sink water from bathroom taps as well as a strong flushing toilet with loud heatair conditioning systems when set to low levels due to thin walls letting noise through easily from other units or pipes squeaking etc Balconies were falling apart due to rusting frames separating them from their bases making dirt fall through gaps below while windows are not more ... hide ...

I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the living conditions Throughout the day drilling makes a lot of noise and there have been multiple occasions when water has been shut down Additionally fire alarms go off everyday because of smokers and smoke The hot water has also gone out or reduced in pressure on multiple occasions Furthermore my Amazon delivery boxes were stolen twice right outside my door while I was away for two months During this time they changed all the locks without locking my door afterwards an unacceptable situation The garbage compactor is broken so we have to take our trash all the way to bins behind the building in cold weather Mice and cockroaches are constantly found even if you clean regularly Moreover liquids dripping from a yellowishbrown stained ceiling panel with mold is hazardous to health theres also bubbling present which may cause it to collapse anytime soon if there are any wiring present near it as it can cause electric short circuit resulting in fire hazard My children fear using our only washroom due its condition which nobody seems to care about despite me informing them about this issue previously To top it all off they want us to pay more rent for these conditions Avoid moving here at all costs more ... hide ...

Staying in this new part of the building for a year myself and my two roommates found both positives and negatives Reid was great to work with and very helpful Surveillance cameras outside as well as by the doors were beneficial keys were needed for entry and there was a nice rooftop patio during summer We could rent AC units for an additional price furnishing options were available but we encountered unfinished tasks such as exposed wires where plug in should have been plug in that did not work all year despite requests for it to be fixed furnace filter never changed despite asking multiple times and submitting a work order on their site In suite laundry was advertised but closet was too small to fit even an apartment size machine so we had to resort to having a portable one instead During winter floors felt cold due to unevenness throughout the apartment Roaches have been spotted on multiple occasions with one rat also seen inside the building at some point parking space being small caused worry of car being dinged getting rent receipts difficult key deposit not returned after moveout also requested several times communication here lacking overall this is definitely not luxury living more ... hide ...
