Im so glad I decided to move here The apartments and landlords I had previously were really bad so this building is a huge improvement My unit is the perfect size with tall ceilings lots of closet space and it was really clean when I moved in The whole building is kept very neat and tidy and the laundry room is especially nice But the best part has to be the 2022-09-27T13:02:19Z

I have enjoyed occupying this location for the last three years Many of the units have been renovated with modern countertops floors and watersaving toilets installed I am pleased to report that there are no cockroaches bedbugs or any other bugs present in the building it is always clean and wellkept even outside Megan and Andrew the superintendentsbuilding managers are friendly and helpful while Martin the caretaker is excellent too The cost of living here is reasonable since all utilities are included in the rental fee Additionally my balcony was massive compared to most apartmentscondos its location was unbeatable too I could walk to four grocery stores from here including Whole Foods as well as catch buses 67 five minute walk away or 14 which stops right in front Plus there are many parks and bike paths nearby plus Bank Street Elgin Street which were two of Ottawas most fascinating streets It will be hard leaving this place behind when moving to Toronto nothing comparable has yet been found more ... hide ...

My biggest regret and most expensive mistake was living in this building Despite the great location it was not worth the money I paid Nina the building manager is extremely unpleasant she will make every effort to take your money Examples include losing rent cheques and fining you for it issuing city parking tickets for a spot you already pay for and losing 2022-11-05T04:02:18Z

This is a living space I would not want even my worst enemy to experience The building has an abundance of fruit flies because the rental company wont spend money on window screens Maintenance staff try their best but the shared kitchen remains repulsive due to the lack of new sponges provided each year In addition the walls are very thin and one can easily 2022-09-27T13:32:17Z
This is a living space I would not want even my worst enemy to experience The building has an abundance of fruit flies because the rental company wont spend money on window screens Maintenance staff try their best but the shared kitchen remains repulsive due to the lack of new sponges provided each year In addition the walls are very thin and one can easily hear their neighbours television or music without headphones at night The internet that comes with rent is so poor its almost not functional and you cant even upgrade your plan If considering moving in here its advised to look for a better place that costs less money This was absolutely the worst living situation I ever had no exaggeration more ... hide ...
