I have a lot of problems in this apartment complex which I share with other tenants It is a nice building but some things were wrong when I moved in They promised that the windows would have blinds by November but its February and I still don't have them Also the wiring doesnt allow me to plug in more than three things at once without tripping the breaker To 2022-09-22T11:02:19Z

We had a terrible experience renting the cottage in July 2021 Property ID 005HH Mississippi Lake Near Carlton Place In the evening the inside lights attracted a lot of flying insects It was not so bad on the first night but on the second it became a disaster We kept all windows and doors closed with their screens shut in order to prevent mosquitoes from entering however these screens were not snugly fitted and let bugs pass through There were insects everywhere on ceilings walls floors beds and furniture at first they stayed mostly up top which we hadnt noticed until they started flying around and dropping from above To reduce this problem we had to turn off our bedroom lights so that only those in kitchenfamily room remained lit although this helped a bit more bugs were flown in from outside as well We spent an uncomfortable night before having to leave early after shaking off all our belongings and contacted Kerri Bradley rentalssales rep about it via email along with photos of what happened The company denied responsibility for natures doings and recommended cleaning the bugs and monitoring light usage for the next night instead of giving us any refund or compensation for those days we couldnt stay there anymore our family vacation was destroyed without any money gained back Its very disappointing no trust is held towards them whatsoever would NOT recommend more ... hide ...

We have only been in our new home for a short time however we are already quite content with the area the pool and our friendly neighboring pupowners Ferdows our leasing agent was immensely helpful when addressing inquiries and tech issues he had an amicable attitude and displayed an abundance of patience The building may be old yet it is structurally sound 2022-10-15T14:32:17Z
We have only been in our new home for a short time however we are already quite content with the area the pool and our friendly neighboring pupowners Ferdows our leasing agent was immensely helpful when addressing inquiries and tech issues he had an amicable attitude and displayed an abundance of patience The building may be old yet it is structurally sound something I have experienced in past dwellings this one being by far the best of them all The basement and stairwells may not be as modernlooking but since they are out of sight it doesnt bother us Our unit is sizable with ample brightness large rooms have been recently refurbished while cabinetry appears to be relatively new as well There are a few minorcosmetic defects such as sloppy painting in the bathroom or interior doors but no need to involve management at this time though if ever needed were sure they will respond just as they have previously done so during our stay thus far In conclusion we anticipate staying here longterm and expect to thoroughly enjoy it more ... hide ...
