My girlfriend is currently living in a place which was initially good however since COVID cases began to reduce they have raised the rent to an unreasonable price of 1000 for a shared room and bathroom Despite the high cost other amenities are lacking security is only available 3 days per week at night and calls to security are futile as theres no one there 2022-11-02T22:02:18Z
My girlfriend is currently living in a place which was initially good however since COVID cases began to reduce they have raised the rent to an unreasonable price of 1000 for a shared room and bathroom Despite the high cost other amenities are lacking security is only available 3 days per week at night and calls to security are futile as theres no one there on other days With summertime here and temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius in Vancouver with a heatwave warning the windows must be kept open but this increases the noise from people partying and playing loud music inside the building She cannot wait to move out of this dwelling as it is not worth it financially or comfortwise hence she would not recommend it to anyone else more ... hide ...

Having called this building our home for in excess of a year we have grown to love it Its location is unbeatable within walking distance from the skytrain station and bus stops The apartments are spacious and airy with great views from the windows plus new appliances that require little upkeep Our residence manager Tristyn has been incredibly friendly and a 2022-10-15T06:02:18Z

The new apartments are smart and modern with great amenities and a close proximity to the skytrain The building manager Olivia is a standout she responds quickly to queries is always polite when we meet and her helpfulness is more crucial to me than facilities or noise levels Theres not usually much noise from other units seeping in but Olivia still managed 2022-11-02T22:32:17Z

I began living in my apartment on March 1 2020 and the only issue Ive had is that the washers are too small The manager Kara is wonderful she quickly resolves any issues with a backed up sink or clogged toilet and always has a kind demeanor towards me and my children
