The new apartments are smart and modern, with great amenities and a close proximity to the skytrain. The building manager, Olivia, is a standout; she responds quickly to queries, is always polite when we meet and her helpfulness is more crucial to me than facilities or noise levels. There's not usually much noise from other units seeping in but Olivia still managed to address it if necessary.
