The Duncans were very pleased with their experience at the rental building. Ben, the Building Manager, and his wife consistently communicated clearly and professionally with them. The building was kept clean and secure, while the outdoor area looked well-maintained. Furthermore, the other tenants were respectful and friendly; even when their baby was teething and crying a lot. In conclusion, despite having to eventually leave this place, they are very content with living there.
