I'm not sure where to begin; we moved in and were never given a laundry card. Management said the tenant that had just left should have provided one, but he didn't know where his was. When I called the office, they refused to provide one. It wasn't until July 15th (which is the busiest moving day of the year!) that they finally placed an order for new cards and promised to call when they arrived. They never did, so a week later we returned and got a card; I put $20 on it at the machine but it didn't work with any of them! We contacted the card provider and found out it had never been assigned to our building in the first place! I went back yet again, and this time received another card - same result! So I asked for a refund which was denied; no cards or money 5 weeks later. To make matters worse, management wouldn't help with various issues regarding our apartment upon move-in either; all around worst experience ever - would not recommend!

Living in this building for 3 years, I found that Boardwalk is usually responsive to customers, however the local management has a terrible attitude. Don't be fooled by their nice dispositions when they initially try to sell you an apartment; there is no lift management. I requested a lift reservation two months ahead of my move-out day, but was informed just one week prior that there were three apartments moving out in the same building with only two lifts - thus making my move take three hours instead of one. To sum it up, this place is not recommended and should be avoided if possible.
