We didn't read reviews before renting and the consequences were true - there was a ticket at the entrance asking to return a package from Amazon, and we were stolen in our first order. The administration blamed my wife for it, but also smoked that she asked to see security camera images; although they said they would install cameras in the concierge 4 months ago, nothing has happened yet. We had 3 pending issues in the contract: microwave not working (fixed after 3 months), mailbox opened without key (kept as is) and a window with only one glass so heat can come out; even when it's 2C outside, they didn't turn on our heater. The equipment is nice but there are not many wires; one TV cable comes from outside of building which we used for current internet connection; however Bell could not be installed due to old wiring - technicians needed access to all downstairs apartments - instead of helping us with this issue, administration asked us knock on their door and see if neighbors allow wire passing through there - which is forbidden anyway! Payment for Desjardins isn't accepted either. Apartment looks nice but surroundings are like dump.
