I wish that Google had a 0 star rating for this property, as it does not even deserve to get 1 star. During our stay, we experienced daily loud music issues and had a mouse in our apartment, however the management was not held accountable for anything. We were unable to cancel the one year contract and after moving out we never got our security deposit back. It's been over three months since then and still no money returned. Furthermore, they were taking monthly rent out of our account after the lease contract was up! This property is doing an outstanding job of making people feel duped!

Steer clear of these landlords--take the bad reviews seriously. Tammy has an awful attitude, and will give you an attitude if you address issues in a polite manner. My bike and my neighbor's two bikes were stolen from the top floor, and it took almost a month and a half to get them back with no explanation other than that they "didn't see anything." They'll try to make it sound secure with fake cameras, yet when you call their office it's always closed and they won't help until someone contacts them. It seems like they are involved in theft somehow from how they beat around the bush. Others have reported not getting their deposits back either; be cautious even though the suites may be new! On top of all that, two years later there is still no record of my damage deposit being filed with Rentalsman--which is illegal--and now Tammy only has 7 days left!
