When choosing this hotel/resort, the pool/water features were what attracted us, so I will start with that. The waterside, hot tubs and pool were all kept clean and in good condition; the water temperature was also quite pleasant. Though there was chlorine present in it, it wasn't overwhelming. With a max depth of 1.4M, the pool is great for families as well as having zero depth entry on one side - though the splash park needs some repair work done as most of its overhead and ground level features don't work or have water barely flowing which was disappointing for our toddler who isn't ready for swimming yet. When checking in we found front desk staff to be helpful and able to provide extra supplies when asked for them. As far as parking goes there is plenty available on site. Our room was located at building 7000 on third floor (no elevator present so make sure you don't pack too heavily!). It had a premium 1bdrm setup with an uncomfortable pull-out couch; however both bed and room were clean while kitchen had basic utensils like pots, pans, cutlery & toaster etc..
