I'd give this two stars because of the bus/school location, and the recent front line staff. The apartment had a lot of issues, such as leaking in the kitchen and bathroom, plus a floor above. Plus there were block drains multiple times per year, not to mention rats--22 killed during winter/spring. There were also constant notifications to enter due to all the problems with the building and apt. Despite these issues, I think it has potential; however be prepared for any attitude changes from management after signing on.

This place is not recommendable as a place to stay. People who recently moved to Regina may think the cost of rent is low; however, it is similar to other apartment complexes. Paying the rent every month here is a waste of money due to their terrible management. During winter, there was no heating most of the time and employees had no courtesy or knowledge on how to manage the property. Plus, they were very rude and lacked basic communication skills. Issues were never fixed in a timely manner and parking lots were never cleaned either – I even had my own shovel in my car for when I tried to park during winter so I wouldn't get stuck! Everyone from management was impolite and should be trained on how to treat their tenants properly; coming from someone who has experienced this firsthand, read other people’s reviews before you decide on renting from them!
