Lewan Village Apartments is not recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant living environment as the apartments are plagued with cockroaches windows freezing in winter molds on walls and bike theft from the balcony The staff are also extremely rude and unhelpful

We have been living in the Henderson Meadows Buildings for over three years and our experience has been quite mixed On numerous occasions they randomly set off the fire alarms during the day with no warning this has occurred five or six times since weve moved here Maintenance requests can be slow to respond even for minor issues such as blind slats appliance 2022-10-25T20:02:17Z
We have been living in the Henderson Meadows Buildings for over three years and our experience has been quite mixed On numerous occasions they randomly set off the fire alarms during the day with no warning this has occurred five or six times since weve moved here Maintenance requests can be slow to respond even for minor issues such as blind slats appliance bulb replacements and inspections it might take up to a month or more However when we needed a carbon monoxide detector replacement outside of business hours maintenance was quick to arrive and change it The worker was very nice Maintenance requests can be rather unpredictable Additionally I have only called customer care a few times but each time it took me about 45 minutes just to get through and when I did eventually talk to someone they were not accommodating at all using a patronizing tone and constantly interrupting me It could have just been that one person though I havent spoken with anyone else yet so thats unclear It is usually easier just talking directly with the building manager instead of customer care representatives Although there are some benefits like onsite employees at this location overall our experience has been average at best more ... hide ...

I had a mix of experiences while living at Westerra Fields and I want to share this info with people so they can make an informed decision before moving in On the plus side the area is pet friendly quiet on the outskirts of town has new playgrounds for kids and a convenient coop gas stationgymdog rundog wash station Unfortunately some buildings were very loud due to residents having 14 large dogs in small apartments My friend applied for an apartment there but after giving a damage deposit staff avoided her calls emails for two weeks then said no due to credit issues wasting her lunch hour when she went in person just to get a refund Staff also hounded me for insurance docs Id already given them 6 months prior Moving day was stressful as my fob didnt work rental office staff couldnt help suggested I stay inside all weekend or be homeless until it was fixed Finally they loaned me one but it was still unhelpful unpleasant The treadmills were broken most of my lease and when reported helpline gave snarky answers not ETA on repair After moving out mail got sent accidentally rental office chat person said it wasnt their problem disconnected before I could offer solutions more ... hide ...

I would give this place zero stars if I could Its clear that they don't care about their tenants in the least Building managers and maintenance personnel are unresponsive taking days to return phone calls They offer renovated suites starting at 1020 but theyre not available so youre left with a rundown unit with no heat broken bathroom taps leaking everywhere holes in the floors so you can smell everything from the apartment below no working buzzer for visitors to use and all for more money than what is charged for a renovated suite This place is a complete joke I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone renting here more ... hide ...

I have been living in this place for the last four years and Im totally in love with it The rent is reasonable and pets are allowed We get to use the clubhouse pool and barbeque as well Snow removal is done promptly and landscaping is taken care of too any repair work needed is quickly done by the maintenance team The apartments might be small but hey theyre apartments If you want something bigger move into a house instead The maintenance guy is great staff are friendly and helpful plus cleaning lady always keeps up with her job In addition to that I find it pretty soundproof so I can see myself staying here for many more years to come In comparison to Broadstreet Properties where rents go up after a year my rent stays the same so as long as that continues Ill stay here being a good tenant more ... hide ...
