We have been living in this building since July and I cannot wait for my lease to end The bathroom had a massive hole when we moved in and despite me repeatedly calling and going to the regie de logement it took four months until October for them to fix it I also informed them that half of the kitchen outlets didnt work at all right away but nothing ever hap 2022-10-07T11:02:18Z
We have been living in this building since July and I cannot wait for my lease to end The bathroom had a massive hole when we moved in and despite me repeatedly calling and going to the regie de logement it took four months until October for them to fix it I also informed them that half of the kitchen outlets didnt work at all right away but nothing ever happened after they made a work order In January I wrote a sealed letter directly to the owner detailing what needed fixed however he has failed to respond or act on any of these issues Its now April and our apartment is freezing despite it no longer being winter time when I breathe inside its cold We were promised a new fridge that was supposedly ordered but instead got three brokendirty ones with dents This has been an awful experience and I feel completely disrespected counting down the days until we can leave more ... hide ...

31419 I rented a vehicle with no rear belt clips or two belts only for four people including a baby seat which caused complexity due to Canadas regulations on road safety The tires were also deflated and after thirty minutes of being in the lease I noticed that the pressure had dropped even further The left tire was punctured and there was an air leakage sound that caused me to stop several times Since it was snowing at the time it made it impossible to verify the pressure of the tires After 530 pm I could not contact the car center so I explained that when leaving they may have missed something This negligence could have cost me my life due to my travel plans in Canada and other countries being disrupted as a result this cost me 50 for losing one day of leasings as well as 72 worth of fuel for nothing resulting in a total loss of 122On 03202019 when returning the replacement vehicle there was no snow present despite having snowed during night on 0313 photo evidence included When bringing up this concern with trade they accused me of lying and then proceeded to accuse me of using illicit substances while driving or inside the vehicle despite never smoking To prove my innocence I offered blood or urine tests but these were ignored showing once again that they did not inspect before rental This left me with an accusation of lying with witnesses plus an accusation without evidence more ... hide ...
