3/14/19: I rented a vehicle with no rear belt clips or two belts only for four people (including a baby seat, which caused complexity due to Canada's regulations on road safety). The tires were also deflated, and after thirty minutes of being in the lease I noticed that the pressure had dropped even further. The left tire was punctured and there was an air leakage sound that caused me to stop several times. Since it was snowing at the time, it made it impossible to verify the pressure of the tires. After 5:30 pm I could not contact the car center so I explained that when leaving they may have missed something. This negligence could have cost me my life due to my travel plans in Canada and other countries being disrupted as a result; this cost me $50 for losing one day of leasings as well as $72 worth of fuel for nothing - resulting in a total loss of $122. On 03/20/2019 when returning the replacement vehicle there was no snow present despite having snowed during night on 03/13 (photo evidence included). When bringing up this concern with trade, they accused me of lying and then proceeded to accuse me of using illicit substances while driving or inside the vehicle (despite never smoking).
