Apartments here are nice but pricey Management works hard to make living here enjoyable Included in the cost of every unit is cable hot water and heat plus a dishwasher All balconies are large and secluded Those on the main floor who rent a three bedroom get electric fireplaces private bathrooms and spacious patios with the deal

Living at VEDA is an outstanding experience for students I have stayed here since September and not a single issue has come up This building has all the amenities you could need such as a gym study rooms and even a theatre room The quality of the gym equipment is topnotch and can compete with any other gym in town It is also incredibly calm inside I can guar 2022-10-16T20:02:16Z
Living at VEDA is an outstanding experience for students I have stayed here since September and not a single issue has come up This building has all the amenities you could need such as a gym study rooms and even a theatre room The quality of the gym equipment is topnotch and can compete with any other gym in town It is also incredibly calm inside I can guarantee that you wont hear any noise from your neighbors In addition the laundry room is great as well The machines are brand new spotless and have reasonable prices Norman the building manager deserves mentioning too hes so pleasant to talk to and always goes beyond whats expected of him to make sure his tenants are contented He pays attention to feedbacks or ideas from people living here too with a smile on his face at all times Moreover he keeps everything in this building clean all the time thank you VEDA for providing me with such an amazing experience till now more ... hide ...

In the past when these apartments had just been renovated I used to live here The apartments were largely good and there was no problem with loud neighbours but during winter we often had trouble with the buildings alarms freezing and going off in the middle of the night plus not much snow removal It wasnt unusual for us to have to dig our cars out from unde 2022-10-16T20:32:16Z

I strongly advise people NOT to rent at this place I had a shipping container there for almost a year and when I started moving my stuff out I found mold on an old trunk The owner Peter Sr insisted it had come in wet but that was impossible He only offered me two weeks of free storage since Id already paid until midJuly and he was very rude about my needing 2022-09-07T07:32:16Z
I strongly advise people NOT to rent at this place I had a shipping container there for almost a year and when I started moving my stuff out I found mold on an old trunk The owner Peter Sr insisted it had come in wet but that was impossible He only offered me two weeks of free storage since Id already paid until midJuly and he was very rude about my needing to move out by the end of the month as if he assumed thats why I was there He never let me visit after hours although he apparently has done that for others When his son came to inspect the container he reasoned moisture built up inside when temperatures changed That is not what renting this container was meant for Nothing else had mold so it must have come from outside due to flash floods not from within the container itself When I returned to finish loading up which was still within my allotted time Peter Sr made me get the key every time even though he knew Id be coming back again this needed to be done each time and it added significant inconvenience since their business hours were 9am5pm onlyFurthermore neither Peter Sr nor Peter Jr did anything about fixing the issue with my trunk or offering any reimbursement despite knowing how unhappy I was they just took my money and moved on without giving it a second thought After searching online reviews similar to mine plus hearing how great of a guy Peter Sr supposedly is but bashing other more ... hide ...
