I have never written a bad review before but my experience here was so poor that I feel obligated to do so Before booking I spoke with Ted the manager to see if they could provide glutenfree meals since it was included in the luxury cabins meal plan He confirmed that they could accommodate me and I went ahead and booked a cabin Upon arriving and introducing myself as the person who requested glutenfree meals Ted remarked I wouldnt have recognized your voice which shouldve been a warning sign of what was to come The preset 3 course menu had 3 options for each meal but when I informed my server of my request for glutenfree food she replied with an apathetic Oh I don't know The first option on the menu happened to be glutenfree but as the days went by it became clear that there were no substitutes or alternatives available all of the burgers sandwiches and wraps contained gluten so lunch consisted of eating plain burger patties with lettuce tomato while other guests enjoyed their 3 course prime rib dinners followed by decadent desserts which were off limits for me After going out of my way to find a local bakery not easy in such rural area and bringing back bread buns for breakfast lunch respectively things got even worse when speaking with dinner Chef Tracy Ann revealed that she wasnt aware at all that i had requested this diet whatsoever because Ted had failed to mention more ... hide ...
