If zero stars was an option I would choose that Rent can be raised to any amount in the first five years however the service and experience do not live up to what they promise Do not believe anything they say as it is all sales talk Since this is a new construction they can do whatever they want The current management team is very unfriendly and their rents are overpriced for the lack of service provided Cleanliness is terrible and the tenants are not taken care of both parking and building are dirty Instead of taking action they blame people who rent here for it Compared to other places I have lived in before there were no excuses for being unclean or disorganized this one being my worst decision by far They said construction would be done in two weeks a year ago misleading us yet again Parking isn't completely available either nor has the outside been completed yet vehicles have dirt and damage on them due to all of this too They even changed keylocks without warning anyone about it mine didnt even lock properly Half of the apartments stay unlocked at all times as wellI highly advise against renting here because everyone else will be treated exactly like this with no concern regarding moving costs nor if youre happy with anything or not Youre just a number waiting to be replaced by somebody else don't rush into signing here solely based on location convenience alone because better options exist elsewhere more ... hide ...

I have been searching for a Bachelor place in Windsor so I posted an ad on Kijiji and noticed Skyline had a large selection of properties in the area I went to visit some and each time the resident manager answered my call right away really impressive Other properties I called left me hanging Thus I looked at Skylines site and expressed interest in Sandwich Tower 3461 Peter st Nadine contacted me via email with a Bachelor unit available to view on Sunday Shearee was the parttime manager who showed me around when I arrived The apartment was very dirty since someone had just moved out but Shearee promised maintenance would be done before handing over the key Despite seeing negative online reviews of Skyline my experience with both managers was great they made sure all repairs were completed as scheduled to give me peace of mind about my move from another city Nadines prompt replies even on weekends and thorough explanation of the rental agreement were also appreciated Both Nadine and Shearee deserve five stars for their excellent customer service more ... hide ...

I spent the least amount of time in this Toronto apartment out of all my previous homes The superintendent was awesome but the space was in poor condition and full of cockroaches no matter how often I cleaned and sprayed What forced me to leave was a breakin that vandalized my car among others in the underground garage The police came but neglected to take my statement consequently I moved two days late to a safer place at East York and saved 50month on auto insurance Management wouldnt accept my endoftenancy notice due to the delay yet I still managed to move out without having to pay an extra month after finding another tenant for it There was no central air conditioning however I got around this by installing a portable unit in my own apartment Mailboxes were located in the lobby instead of each door and laundry needed coins for use Finally theres an outdoor pool which went unused by me throughout my stay here if not for that breakin incident I would have stayed much longer as it had been one of my best years living in Toronto so far more ... hide ...
