Having stayed here for three years now, I can vouch for the responsiveness and efficiency of management. Unlike other apartments in this area, there are no strange smells such as cigarette smoke or curry. Granted it is an old building, but it is quite clean; rats are an occasional problem as with any other older apartment block. Bed bugs are not a concern. The location is great because you can access practically anything you need within a few steps - from diverse cuisine to metro, shoppers, Loblaws and two Good Life's gyms. It should be noted that laundry facilities are not in-house so if this is something important to you then rent here accordingly – meaning weekly trips to the basement laundry room will be necessary.. Management does their best to keep the lobbies tidy and grounds well-maintained; after storms they also make sure snow has been cleared away promptly. They're approachable too; if they're not in the office then just call them up!
