Greetings to all of you apartment hunters out there I would like to share my latest experience in finding an apartment Recently I got a notification from Zumper about a Jr1 bedroom unit available at 35 Walmer Rd So I messaged the property and requested information regarding rental inquiry showing price etc but there was no response after two days so I decided to contact the leasing manager Brian Moreover his area code 365 left me with some hesitation so I researched about the building credentials and reviews When talking to Brian on the phone I told him that despite my attempts for contact there had been no response and he assured me that leasing management would get back soon Unfortunately though again two days passed by without any follow up from their side so I contacted Brian again as this was wasting my precious time He informed me that though the particular unit wasnt available they might will have a comparable one at a later date but asked for all my credentials including employer information and credit score before this could happen To top it off he expected me to register an offer on an imaginary unit without even seeing it This type of operation needs immediate attention by authorities as well as LTB mattersI want all readers here to be aware NO documentation NO credentials or CREDIT SCORE is required PRIOR TO scheduling an appointment for viewing with a LEGIT rental corporation Bidding or registering offers is not necessary either finding the right more ... hide ...
