If zero stars was an option, I would choose that. Rent can be raised to any amount in the first five years; however, the service and experience do not live up to what they promise. Do not believe anything they say, as it is all sales talk. Since this is a new construction, they can do whatever they want. The current management team is very unfriendly and their rents are overpriced for the lack of service provided. Cleanliness is terrible and the tenants are not taken care of; both parking and building are dirty. Instead of taking action, they blame people who rent here for it. Compared to other places I have lived in before, there were no excuses for being unclean or disorganized - this one being my worst decision by far! They said construction would be done in two weeks a year ago - misleading us yet again! Parking isn't completely available either nor has the outside been completed yet; vehicles have dirt and damage on them due to all of this too! They even changed keylocks without warning anyone about it - mine didn't even lock properly!
