I cannot recommend the East wing of the 3rd floor in building 625 Beverly Street for this company The HVAC system does not function properly with backdraft from the apartments below entering through oven range fans The laundry room is always excessively humid even after management told people to leave the door open which spread humidity into the hallway crea 2022-09-25T14:32:17Z
I cannot recommend the East wing of the 3rd floor in building 625 Beverly Street for this company The HVAC system does not function properly with backdraft from the apartments below entering through oven range fans The laundry room is always excessively humid even after management told people to leave the door open which spread humidity into the hallway creating a Sauna smell Furthermore there is a certificate posted in that room claiming that said HVAC system is checked and approved however it doesnt work as evidenced by markings from residents To top it off two out of two lights in the parking lot are broken Moreover Property Manager of Thunder Bay Region 2022 behaves unprofessionally emails have been sent and he didnt respond until I threatened to post reviews and escalate to head office then he replied within an hour but only with false promises regarding providing fans in one week which still hasnt happened after four weeks more ... hide ...

We resided at the location for a few years and saw it slowly deteriorate into a junkyard The management was horrendous Our lodging was inundated due to a neighbors ruptured tubes yet we were left in an area filled with water without electricity for two hours Elderly with disabilities are unable to access their units because of inadequately fixed malfunctioni 2022-10-01T22:32:17Z

Living here has been quite the experience mold outrageous rent hikes annually cockroaches red ants flies rats and bedbugs Im still dealing with the mold rats and bedbugs Usually they don't address these issues promptly To get rid of the cockroaches we resorted to a home remedy from Google search and prayer Havent seen any red ants or flies since the bedbug treatments a month ago but those little critters are still alive and thriving Ignoring or just painting over the mold wont make it go away management team Rent hikes for new elevators in basement parking but no maintenance of apartment units for residents living here for 7 years Our units are falling apart If I had children this would not be an option there have been violent crimes around these buildings every year or so My neighbor has reported many things at that plaza nearby here you can check out Durham News to confirm this No security systems in buildings either plus cameras that don't work properly vehicles in underground parking get damaged scratchesdentstires slashed but police never have evidence because cameras don't capture anything useful All my experiences as well as other tenants stories plus what a police officer told me about constant reports of damage if I could leave without any financial burden I would do it without hesitation On the bright side some wonderful people live here who are friendly and hardworking Im lucky enough to know more ... hide ...
