We resided at the location for a few years and saw it slowly deteriorate into a junkyard. The management was horrendous. Our lodging was inundated due to a neighbor’s ruptured tubes, yet we were left in an area filled with water without electricity for two hours. Elderly with disabilities are unable to access their units because of inadequately fixed, malfunctioning lifts. The parking lot is frequently broken into; the brassy weekend secretary is surly and unhelpful (even during times of calamity such as flooding); the maintenance man was inept, impolite, and unprofessional; and everything consistently unclean.
