2023-01-19T08:30:03ZI cannot recommend the East wing of the 3rd floor in building 625 Beverly Street for this company. The HVAC system does not function properly, with backdraft from the apartments below entering through oven range fans. The laundry room is always excessively humid, even after management told people to leave the door open which spread humidity into the hallway, creating a "Sauna" smell. Furthermore, there is a certificate posted in that room claiming that said HVAC system is checked and approved; however, it doesn't work as evidenced by markings from residents. To top it off, two out of two lights in the parking lot are broken. Moreover, Property Manager of Thunder Bay Region (2022) behaves unprofessionally: emails have been sent and he didn't respond until I threatened to post reviews and escalate to head office - then he replied within an hour but only with false promises regarding providing fans in one week which still hasn't happened after four weeks.
