I lived in two different units in the 297 Queens building for four years. It was great, being close to the mall and everything well-maintained and clean with beautiful stainless steel appliances and renovated units. Unfortunately, the rent is a bit pricey considering it's near a loud intersection and the heat is unbearable year-round, even with multiple air conditioners running. The view of the lake is nice but they should clean windows more often so we can enjoy it fully. Last year there was a bedbug issue, hopefully that's been resolved now. Additionally, fire alarms go off way too much for no reason and tenants don't get enough notice when tests are about to be done. On a positive note though, I love their tenant events - hot-dog day being my favorite!
