This complex is a nightmare riddled with big issues such as discrimination bullying neglect and drugs Single mothers with small children are discriminated against and pushed to their limits Property Manager Richard is a bully who uses intimidation to control tenants Maintenance workers Rick and Erwin work on the property without being certified or licensed Rick often enters peoples homes without warning or reason while Erwin has had police called on him for putting his hands on a child The tenants of the building are mostly older adults who don't tolerate any noise from children they join forces in filing complaints about one another in order to take action This clique talks about everyones business and decides what is right or wrong many feel uncomfortable coming outside when everyone else is there due to fear of rumors leading to Childrens Aid involvement The townhouses are in disarray management only does minimal work that takes months to complete I requested 8 months for my door frame repair only for them to use super glue as a fix and charge me for door replacement Drugs have been found multiple times around the complex when I moved in I found syringes in my backyard alongside weapons like shotguns at my neighbors drug house more recently someone outside was alerted of a syringe under the doorway button Ultimately you must know your rights here and stand up for yourself if you want any chance of survival they will push back hard if you do not comply more ... hide ...

Ive been in this building for two and a half years now but since Capreit took over management I havent liked it When I was working night shifts the roofers were making so much noise at 3am that it kept me up for weeks Along with this they painted my door when I wasnt home and the water was off for more than 24 hours without any warning When I switched to day 2022-09-27T07:02:18Z
Ive been in this building for two and a half years now but since Capreit took over management I havent liked it When I was working night shifts the roofers were making so much noise at 3am that it kept me up for weeks Along with this they painted my door when I wasnt home and the water was off for more than 24 hours without any warning When I switched to day shifts alarms kept going off all night and disrupted everyones sleep since they had to go to schoolwork the next morning The management doesnt seem to care about our wellbeing I asked multiple times for an extra parking spot but never got a response There have also been random people parking in my spot when I come home from work why is this allowed The washers and dryers are constantly broken or don't have enough heat too Lastly there are ants everywhere from sinks to garbage canscupboardsplugs It feels like living outside Prices now are ridiculous compared to before and were moving soon because of how terrible this experience has been we found a nicer place with upgraded appliances at an affordable rate without any pets more ... hide ...
