We moved into building 4001 two months ago and we are really delighted that we did Ivka Brkic the rental agent weve been dealing with since then has gone above and beyond to meet our requests in a very nice way She is an absolute star and a great ambassador for the Gates of Bayview We were allowed to install blinds and bring our own appliances when we moved 2022-10-13T05:02:17Z
We moved into building 4001 two months ago and we are really delighted that we did Ivka Brkic the rental agent weve been dealing with since then has gone above and beyond to meet our requests in a very nice way She is an absolute star and a great ambassador for the Gates of Bayview We were allowed to install blinds and bring our own appliances when we moved in plus everything was freshly painted floors sanded varnished They even made it possible for us to enlarge one of the kitchen doorways so that our new fridge could fit through though it was too narrow originally This is not a new complex but they keep refreshing the hallways grounds wellmaintained all the time We look forward to enjoying outdoor space during summer although its not cheap here the amenities are great staff have always been friendly towards us more ... hide ...

This building should be avoided at all costs due to the numerous quality control issues and loud construction noise from condos The largest problem however is the elevators there are only two for the entire building and one of them is either out of service or used for moving This means most of the day there is just one elevator serving everyone in the building causing long wait times during rush hour In addition when central AC is off during fallwinterspring season units become too hot opening windows does not help as they draw warm air from inside and further heat up the unit Other issues include wallsceilings cracking poor water pressure on upper floors frequent disconnections of waterair conditioning with unnecessary regulations in place restricted gym access lack of 247 Concierge frequent fire alarm tests loud traffic noise from 401 heavy traffic on Sheppard making exit and entry difficult as well as frequent theft of lockers and bicycles due to lack of securitythe list goes on more ... hide ...

This apartment is not recommended for anyone due to its awful conditions aunts cockroaches and bedbugs The price may seem cheap but the apartment itself is horrendous To make matters worse the laundry room floor was filled with water and human waste from the drains

This building and its employees deserve negative stars Not only is the staff lazy but they can barely communicate in English The Superintendents are inept and ignore people unless they are Romanian like the manager Valery There is an extreme infestation of cockroaches here which Toronto already struggles with yet this place takes it to a whole new level Rent 2022-10-30T11:02:20Z
This building and its employees deserve negative stars Not only is the staff lazy but they can barely communicate in English The Superintendents are inept and ignore people unless they are Romanian like the manager Valery There is an extreme infestation of cockroaches here which Toronto already struggles with yet this place takes it to a whole new level Rent has been rising for no apparent reasons theyve lied about why when nothing was done to warrant the increase Last summer there were 6 people stuck in the elevator and Valery refused to call Fire Services because she didnt want to spend money on it They have done unnecessary repairs just so that they can get more cash out of us We never even got an apology letter after telling us that our toilets would be replaced but then changing their minds resulting in 2 days off from work for nothing This building isn't worth all of this hassle and money put into it at all more ... hide ...

VIA123 has been our home since we moved to Canada in 2019 and it is one of the most strategic communities in all of TorontoNorth York We have a mall groceries retail shops a huge park community center and bus stop right outside our building Additionally the subway is just seven minutes away by foot and major highways are nearby The amenities here are topnotch for example the PantryCoffee room is always clean with plenty of coffee and creamer options The Gym has everything needed to stay fit while the PatioBBQ Terrace and Party Room are great during summertime Our family and friends will surely be envious when we invite them over Moreover the staff here have been superb since we arrived Manny was very accommodating while Nick the Asst Property Manager goes out of his way to help us out with anything we need Shayna the Property Manager though we havent had much time to interact with her yet I know she works hard to make this community even better than it already is Last but not least there are numerous community helpers always willing to fix up or clean facilities for us which we greatly appreciate We will miss living comfortably at VIA123 for sure kudos and huge gratitude goes out to everyone on their team plus don't forget about all those delicious quarterly food trucks they provide like breakfast lunches treats etc these are just added perks that make more ... hide ...

Julias place was incredible and our party of nine stayed there for a month over the 2021 Christmas holidays The cottage had an uptodate interior with lots of room 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 3 with ensuites and stunning views of the lake from the kitchen family room living room and three bedrooms which we loved to admire while having coffee and doing jigsaw puzzl 2022-10-30T12:32:17Z
Julias place was incredible and our party of nine stayed there for a month over the 2021 Christmas holidays The cottage had an uptodate interior with lots of room 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 3 with ensuites and stunning views of the lake from the kitchen family room living room and three bedrooms which we loved to admire while having coffee and doing jigsaw puzzles It was very tidy fully equipped and Julia even gave us a decorated Christmas tree to enjoy We were situated on a large plot with plenty of outdoor space just 100 feet from the water plus hiking trails nearby and a 10 minute drive from town that had tons of restaurants and grocery stores Check inout was easy breezy due to Julias attentiveness We wholeheartedly suggest this cottage for your staycation needs well definitely be back soon Thank you Stayana Homes more ... hide ...
