This building and its employees deserve negative stars. Not only is the staff lazy, but they can barely communicate in English. The Superintendents are inept and ignore people unless they are Romanian, like the manager Valery. There is an extreme infestation of cockroaches here which Toronto already struggles with; yet, this place takes it to a whole new level. Rent has been rising for no apparent reasons - they've lied about why when nothing was done to warrant the increase. Last summer there were 6 people stuck in the elevator and Valery refused to call Fire Services because she didn't want to spend money on it. They have done unnecessary repairs just so that they can get more cash out of us. We never even got an apology letter after telling us that our toilets would be replaced but then changing their minds - resulting in 2 days off from work for nothing! This building isn't worth all of this hassle and money put into it at all!

If youre seeking a place to live in squalor filth and with rude neighbors this is the apartment for you However if you value yourself and respect your health stay far away from this garbage apartment Ive been living here since June 1st 2018 and can confidently say that it is the most unkempt and unsanitary building I have ever seen in my life To start off with the management they are horrible especially Jimmy the superintendent who is very unaccommodating and rude When I moved in my fridge broke within a week they fixed it but two weeks later all of my groceries meltedwere lost again due to the faulty fridge The technician sent was also inappropriate while inside my unit which I have recorded He even used one of my dish cloths to wipe his feet on then put it back Can you imagine if I had wiped clean dishes with that cloth Gross By the end of all this ordeal I had lost about 300 worth of food When I asked Jane at the office for head office number to discuss compensation she told me they took care of it by calling another technician again which clearly wasnt enoughAnother issue was cigarette smoke coming from neighboring units seeping into mine through a vent in washroom no fan provided by property managers either despite multiple complaints since day 3 living here Even after calling twice for help via after hours line where supervisor lives on site more ... hide ...
