Living at 80 Biggs Street for the past year has been a great experience My apartment is kept very clean and bugfree and any issues I reported were addressed within 48 hours One car parking spot is included as well as visitor parking the building manager also vacuums the hallways every other Sunday and clears snow when needed Additionally apartments are spacious with ample natural light and a bus stop right outside of the building The only downside is that laundry facilities are outdated with a dryer that doesnt work properly Despite this small inconvenience I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to live in Fredericton its one of the best more ... hide ...

My landlord at College Hill Apartments Robert recently had an issue with me not adhering to the lease agreement although I was never handed a copy We had a bad experience instead of calling me courteously he assumed I was in the wrong and spoke to me harshly over the phone He even accused me of being negligent and arrogant All I did was switch off power at m 2022-10-12T12:02:18Z
My landlord at College Hill Apartments Robert recently had an issue with me not adhering to the lease agreement although I was never handed a copy We had a bad experience instead of calling me courteously he assumed I was in the wrong and spoke to me harshly over the phone He even accused me of being negligent and arrogant All I did was switch off power at my unit with permission from all my roommates since no one was living there He would not listen to what I had to say instead he tried teaching me a lesson on renting apartments by threatening that my credit score would be affected through eviction if I didnt turn the power back ondespite having paid rent always His conduct toward me today on the call is unprofessional in my view as a 23yearold student who has resided at College Hill for four years without any prior warnings or complaints from him plus I have allowed him to display my apartment for future tenants numerous times and kept it clean This is not how someone like myself should be treated My prior landlord Joey Cleven handled everyone equitably during my stay here and maintained courtesy throughout our relationship more ... hide ...

I had the misfortune of living in this place from September 2015 to July 2016 which is where my bf and I first got together We thought it was great but it quickly became apparent that wasnt the case There were roaches everywhere that no amount of spraying could fix when we tried to break our lease due to the infestation we were blamed for being messy and refused a refund After leaving my cat died two weeks later due to poison exposure My BFs bearded dragon also passed away while living therewe believe as a result of toxins too On top of all this they sent us to collections for the last two months rent despite promising not to if they found another tennant which they did We had no choice but to throw out everything we owned and start new lives elsewhere Additionally they wouldnt even let me get mail sent there by mistake This place has several other issues too so if you know whats good for you RUN AWAY Don't move here unless you want to lose pretty much everything you ownpossibly even your beloved pets too more ... hide ...
