2023-01-08T20:30:03ZSince December 2018 I have been living here and haven't had a single negative experience. The lobby, hallways and common areas are clean and in good shape, the management is friendly and accommodating, and the apartments are bright with no signs of wear. The walls are concrete so noise isn't an issue; I just sometimes hear my downstairs neighbor or someone passing in the hallway. Skyline used to manage it but recently it was purchased by Q Residential who have been doing an incredible job - they've cleaned the vents, repainted doors, changed all shower heads/toilets and rent is very reasonable for St Catharines.
