I had the misfortune of living in this place from September 2015 to July 2016, which is where my bf and I first got together. We thought it was great, but it quickly became apparent that wasn't the case. There were roaches everywhere that no amount of spraying could fix; when we tried to break our lease due to the infestation, we were blamed for being "messy" and refused a refund. After leaving, my cat died two weeks later due to poison exposure. My BF's bearded dragon also passed away while living there--we believe as a result of toxins too. On top of all this they sent us to collections for the last two months rent despite promising not to if they found another tennant (which they did). We had no choice but to throw out everything we owned and start new lives elsewhere. Additionally, they wouldn't even let me get mail sent there by mistake! This place has several other issues too so if you know what's good for you: RUN AWAY! Don't move here unless you want to lose pretty much everything you own--possibly even your beloved pets too.

I lived in 314 from 2012-2015 and the bed bug issue is a new one. Roaches would come pouring out of the wall; there was an extra panel that had to be sealed up with epoxy to stop them from entering. Lorraine, who works for Hamdani, is two-faced. The parking lot has been condemned three times due to rats getting into the green power box and seven of them have been electrocuted. There was a building fire, leaking liquid in lower halls (hopefully water) and east wing crumbling apart. Lorraine lives like royalty and will make your life difficult if you complain about bad living conditions - $990 for a 2 bedroom isn't worth it - they're thieves!
