I had an unbelievable experience at Sonder Montrals downtown property The apartment I stayed in was spacious and gorgeous with exposed concrete ceilings and a wraparound balcony with a beautiful view Checking in was easy and the location is ideal by Guy Concordia station They even arranged for me to be placed on a higher floor upon request It was the most wellequipped place Ive ever visited it had all the supplies necessary for cleaning laundry and cooking The bedding was very comfortable as well as the furniture that made it feel like an upscale condo instead of a rental or hotel unit For extra convenience theres an app you can download for instructions on checkin as well as building information and access to chat assistance 247 from a concierge in the lobby The only downside is that since its such a new building the gymsauna isn't open yet but this fact was disclosed when I booked my stay Sonder really thought of everything so that my time there could be stressfree Id definitely go back more ... hide ...

We renewed our lease back in July and have had a great experience living at Windsong Linda Ashley and Dedra are all very sweet and efficient Maintenance issues are usually dealt with in a timely manner taking into consideration the sheer amount of homes and the added pandemic on top of that We would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place that is both kept up nicely inside and out as well as an affordable option The location is perfect with restaurants parks medical facilities nearby Despite past management not being ideal according to some the new management has made it much more secure by screening residents more thoroughly as well as installing cameras around the complex Although amenities are great when open we enjoy living mainly amongst seniors which makes for a much quieter atmosphere here at Windsong With Covid still going on there should be stricter enforcement of only 10 people being allowed around the pool area as stated by signage They seem to be making progress with potential new ownersinvestors but there are still some incidents every now and then if you mind your own business everything should go smoothly All in all you cant beat this location so happy apartment hunting more ... hide ...

The management from the building manager to the general manager was extremely unprofessional and inadequate Calls were made to senior management yet they would rarely answer and when they did it was only with empty promises Repairs and renovations promised were not completed The elevators werent working properly despite there being two in the building The resident manager was quite disrespectful on occasion and her word wasnt kept a complaint letter had to be sent before anything happened regarding a clogged sink Other apartments doors banging all day contributed to our lack of restful sleep but no action was taken after informing the building manager of this issue Furthermore power outages happened without a generator in place hot water during winter months was rare too and temperatures dropped as low as 18 degrees Celsius even with our own heating system running adding an extra 70 onto our electricity bill The heating system itself seemed inefficient due to their attempt at saving fuel air leaking through walls windows and balcony door all of which were very old meant we had to make repairs ourselves for 67 months by applying silicon all over them just so we could close them off properly overall it was an awful experience that left us relieved when eventually leaving that building more ... hide ...

For the four and a half years I lived at Montesino Place I had four different managers The first was an exgirlfriend who sadly passed away and her departure from the position remains unexplained The last two were overly controlling and attempted to interfere with my life as well as that of other tenants For example they demanded everyone record their locker number or else One day the manager even came into my suite without permission to take pictures all over the place they also complained about boxes I had neatly stored on my living room table When I left to visit friends in Vancouver during summertime maintenance staff shut off power to my unit without warning which caused serious discomfort due to a lack of air conditioning or refrigeratorfreezer use for many hours until police arrived on scene and restored it Additionally when I returned from an extended stay elsewhere following prostate surgery management attempted to reprimand me for using a locker without permission something that wasnt even feasible since there was only one available at any given time In another instance where my father visited while recovering from quadruple bypass heart surgery they tried telling him he couldnt park in front of building even lecturing him on residential tenancy law when he already knew more than them In conclusion be very cautious before renting property under DKLA Weeb Property Group also registered under IMW Contractors After everything I experienced here at Montesino Place now finally having a safe place to sleep peacefully is more ... hide ...
