We renewed our lease back in July and have had a great experience living at Windsong. Linda, Ashley, and Dedra are all very sweet and efficient. Maintenance issues are usually dealt with in a timely manner, taking into consideration the sheer amount of homes and the added pandemic on top of that. We would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place that is both kept up nicely inside and out as well as an affordable option. The location is perfect, with restaurants, parks, medical facilities nearby. Despite past management not being ideal (according to some), the new management has made it much more secure by screening residents more thoroughly as well as installing cameras around the complex. Although amenities are great when open we enjoy living mainly amongst seniors which makes for a much quieter atmosphere here at Windsong! With Covid still going on there should be stricter enforcement of only 10 people being allowed around the pool area (as stated by signage). They seem to be making progress with potential new owners/investors but there are still some incidents every now and then - if you mind your own business everything should go smoothly!
