I had an unbelievable experience at Sonder Montr©al's downtown property! The apartment I stayed in was spacious and gorgeous, with exposed concrete ceilings and a wraparound balcony with a beautiful view. Checking in was easy and the location is ideal - by Guy Concordia station. They even arranged for me to be placed on a higher floor upon request. It was the most well-equipped place I've ever visited; it had all the supplies necessary for cleaning, laundry, and cooking. The bedding was very comfortable as well as the furniture that made it feel like an upscale condo instead of a rental or hotel unit. For extra convenience, there's an app you can download for instructions on check-in as well as building information and access to chat assistance 24/7 from a concierge in the lobby. The only downside is that since it's such a new building, the gym/sauna isn't open yet but this fact was disclosed when I booked my stay. Sonder really thought of everything so that my time there could be stress-free - I'd definitely go back!
