The building is in a great location and is safe with access to many grocery stores The transit is excellent but the rent is quite high Additionally the property management often cannot be reached after 5 pm or on holidays and may not be very helpful to new immigrants For instance when I was moving from one unit to another within the building they asked that 2022-10-05T11:32:17Z
The building is in a great location and is safe with access to many grocery stores The transit is excellent but the rent is quite high Additionally the property management often cannot be reached after 5 pm or on holidays and may not be very helpful to new immigrants For instance when I was moving from one unit to another within the building they asked that I pay an extra month of rent if I wanted an extra day for packing up my belongings this would have made me homeless for a night After some begging and pleading they finally agreed to give me an extra day without paying even though there was another tenant in the unit that same day Its unclear how it all worked out in the end but it certainly was a stressful experience more ... hide ...

I strongly suggest that no one ever rent from this company as their service is incredibly poor I would rate them 0 stars if I could They neglected to address our multiple work orders some of which posed a safety risk to my pet and child We had to help carry the new stove up the stairs ourselves the carpet was pulled away from the balcony door with exposed ta 2022-11-07T18:32:17Z
I strongly suggest that no one ever rent from this company as their service is incredibly poor I would rate them 0 stars if I could They neglected to address our multiple work orders some of which posed a safety risk to my pet and child We had to help carry the new stove up the stairs ourselves the carpet was pulled away from the balcony door with exposed tacks that my dog kept trying to eat we were without a fan cover throughout our stay there was an opening in the wall by the balcony that let cold air inside during winter and there was a gaping hole beneath the counter in the kitchen The worst part was staying 8 days with no heat then 3 more days without it while they told me they couldnt get an electrician out when I asked for answers This happened shortly after I spent time in hospital too When I knocked on our resident managers door his girlfriend answered and she had an awful attitude The building manager isn't any better either they refused us a hotel even though it was freezing outside more ... hide ...
