Having been a resident of Solano House for nearly two decades I can vouch that the landlord is always making improvements to the building Recently I asked maintenance to fix my bathroom fan and was pleased by his friendliness and professionalism Not only did he repair it but we had an enjoyable conversation as well Brittany in the leasing office is very understanding when it comes to financial matters due to the pandemic shes also incredibly personable and easy to talk with My suite has seen several upgrades since I moved inlike when I needed a new seal for my fridge they gave me a brand new one that still had that fresh smell Requesting a double sink for my kitchen was also approvedthey even bought it Asking if I could get some paint from maintenance yesterday so I could touch up dings on wall corners and refresh the bathroom resulted in him suggesting that I speak with the office personally though painting is something at which Im quite adept The building offers many amenities such as an updated fitness room and convenience store on its main floor The new washers and gas dryers are especially handy too Similarly mailboxes have also been recently upgraded along with various security features installed throughout However one issue arose recently you couldnt hear fire alarms within suites as theyre very soundproof around 90 After alerting them of this problem they conducted several bell tests verifying my complaint before replacing old fire alarms with newer versions more ... hide ...

On Tuesday night two days ago I visited your building to learn more about the units and spoke with residents They generously allowed me an hour in their living rooms to ask questions regarding the sound insulationproofing of their floors Both residents answered that there were no sound barrier precautions installed this was concerning as I could hear numerous conversations TVs and other noises from neighboring units and above The affected resident complained to the managers but nothing was done and noise persisted They also had friends stay over as witnesses to confirm this issue Instances of managers not addressing noise problems are common occurrences according to these residents They stated it is the duty of the board and resident managers through management office to ensure they have a quiet sense of pleasure in their suite but unfortunately nothing has been done thus far As a result of my findings I will not pursue your 2 bedroom apartment anymore James more ... hide ...

I a former resident provide an honest and thorough review to warn others about this building and its property owner Attached are pictures of the deplorable bathroom condition upon my arrival Despite being promised and reassured it would be in good order by movein day I still had to delay it due to unresolved issues During my nine months there kitchen flooding occurred multiple times which destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of items the property manager didnt even contact me Toilets were unreliable throughout and heat was nonexistent for days during winter hot water wasnt reliable either I wont go into more details instead let the pictures speak for themselves with one final warning fight for your deposit as part of mine was paid in cash now gone If youre a former resident struggling with getting your deposit back contact The Ontario Governments Rental Housing Unit And finally avoid this place as both water quality and washing machinesdryers are terrible ruining clothes more ... hide ...

The 2 Wheel Inn is as comfortable and immaculately clean as one could hope for It has all the necessary amenities like cable WIFI and a wellequipped kitchen to make it feel just like home The bedrooms were cozy and the bathroom was spotless with an excellent sink toilet and shower All in all this experience was five stars I stayed here with my son while he p 2022-10-05T06:02:19Z
