My mom recently settled into Solano House after exploring a few other apartments. We are super elated and quite pleased with her choice. Brittany provided my mother with all the vital details to help make the move, displaying professionalism as well as friendliness throughout this anxious time. Not only was I astonished at how well-maintained the building was but also by how spotless its lobby and suites were. To top it off, it had a delightful odour unlike other apartments in comparison. Furthermore, neighbors in the building were extremely amiable and helped us out by shifting some items for us. Right now, we are totally content here and delighted that this is my mother's new home!
Having been a resident of Solano House for nearly two decades, I can vouch that the landlord is always making improvements to the building. Recently, I asked maintenance to fix my bathroom fan and was pleased by his friendliness and professionalism. Not only did he repair it, but we had an enjoyable conversation as well. Brittany in the leasing office is very understanding when it comes to financial matters due to the pandemic; she's also incredibly personable and easy to talk with. My suite has seen several upgrades since I moved in—like when I needed a new seal for my fridge, they gave me a brand new one that still had that fresh smell! Requesting a double sink for my kitchen was also approved—they even bought it! Asking if I could get some paint from maintenance yesterday so I could touch up dings on wall corners and refresh the bathroom resulted in him suggesting that I speak with the office; personally, though, painting is something at which I'm quite adept.

However, one issue arose recently: you couldn't hear fire alarms within suites as they're very soundproof (around 90%). After alerting them of this problem they conducted several bell tests verifying my complaint before replacing old fire alarms with newer versionsmore ...hide ...
