This building was terribly managed The staff were rude and the only friendly one was the doorman During COVID it was in a state of disarray Its built on an old infrastructure and everything about it looks improvised or dated like the carpets from the 80s and lowquality doors that don't leave much room if youre tall The fire alarm went off frequently with no warning there were two tiny elevators that were always filthy and if you chose to take the stairs instead get ready for an uncomfortable journey through a grimy passage that felt like being inside someones digestive tract To top it off they promised to clean the windows outside my 10th floor apartment but failed to do so after a year of waiting The AC wasnt working properly either The building appears to be more focused on making money than providing any type of enjoyable experience apparently lots of pot smokers hang around too so youll have quite a reggae concert vibe going on As for parking forget about it theres poor lighting in what resembles something out of a horror movie plus charges for even just standing in some sort of sewer space which cost me 100 Shopping online Don't even bother because due to lack of control or formality at this building I had packages stolen twice They also tend to charge high fees without giving any help with preclosing agreements they just stick with paper documents Although its location is nice this island full of unh more ... hide ...

The top 2 five star reviews appear to be paid in order to cover up the bad ones The management is off the island and will not reply to English inquiries It is not an Anglofriendly business Since its a fully rental building there is no accountability for tenants respecting other people or their property There isn't a leasing office onsite either even though there are over 100 units in the building There are also no security cameras and recently there was an attempted breakin at one of the storage lockers which remains unfixed as of now Additionally pet fur and odors pervade the elevators and common areas while units are small for their rental cost It is strongly advised against living on the 9th or 10th floor since theyre constructed out of woodaluminum instead of concrete soundproofing does not apply here plus parking spaces are limited with windows that cannot open completely To make matters worse theres a cemetery view from most balconies if considered unlucky and cars cant get towed due to low ceiling heights inside garages beware if you have kids Furthermore no one answers callsemails sent to leasing offices promptly so don't expect anything broken or failed appliances to be fixed anytime soon either more ... hide ...

This has been the most disrespectful experience Ive had with renting in my two years They have hidden fees for practically everything including a required 50 to install an air conditioner even if it doesnt hang out of the window we were threatened with lease termination if we didnt use them We had to pay for smoke detector batteries and lightbulbs as well as any minor service Further they refused to provide an itemized list of fees for a background check for a lease transfer and charged us a flat 250 fee for two peopleno option to pay only for one persons check Even something small like patching plaster was 50 Then after the first year they raised our rent by 100moan extra 8 The next year they wanted 5 more on top of that When we tried fighting this via Tribunal du Logement we were hit with expenses to cover construction costs that never seemed to endThe administrative office is unresponsive and fixing simple things takes forever plaster took a month leaky ceilings took three months replacement dishwasher was left uninstalled in our living room for weeks Additionally they havent taken action against tenants who disturb others eg blasting music so loud it shakes the floor instead advising us call police ourselves Inside the building is like an echo chamber since every door slams shut hard without provocation you get woken up every night because all doors are halfinch more ... hide ...
