Since it's a fully rental building, there is no accountability for tenants respecting other people or their property. There isn't a leasing office on-site either, even though there are over 100 units in the building. There are also no security cameras and recently there was an attempted break-in at one of the storage lockers which remains unfixed as of now. Additionally, pet fur and odors pervade the elevators and common areas, while units are small for their rental cost. It is strongly advised against living on the 9th or 10th floor since they're constructed out of wood/aluminum instead of concrete – soundproofing does not apply here – plus parking spaces are limited with windows that cannot open completely. To make matters worse, there's a cemetery view from most balconies (if considered unlucky) and cars can't get towed due to low ceiling heights inside garages beware if you have kids).
