I am thoroughly outraged at the lack of compassion from the Birchmount location team specifically Gabrielle and an anonymous figure I had to go through a lot of work to help a family from Hungary get settled into an apartment including getting their bank and case worker involved The father is in ESL school while collecting assistance and the mother has a ho 2022-11-05T21:02:17Z
I am thoroughly outraged at the lack of compassion from the Birchmount location team specifically Gabrielle and an anonymous figure I had to go through a lot of work to help a family from Hungary get settled into an apartment including getting their bank and case worker involved The father is in ESL school while collecting assistance and the mother has a housekeeping job for extra money The couple has a son who is in fulltime school So why was their application for an 950 one bedroom plus hydro denied They had more than enough income to pay rent even offering assistance to pay it directly to Management Im positive that if this happened to Italian immigrants parents or grandparents when they first came here they wouldnt have been happy with it either Regardless of this not being the nicest looking building or newest on the block Im appalled that such backward thinking would still exist today so I plan on getting answers as to why this rejection occurred Rebecca should learn something new here everyone needs accountability for their decisions no exceptions more ... hide ...

I would never suggest this location Someone residing in one of the apartment complexes is vandalizing cars in Metcap Craigton Drive parking lots When I went to visit a friend and parked in his spot my car got keyed multiple times with long vertical and horizontal scratches which would cost at least 1300 to fix I discovered that many people living there have 2022-10-16T14:32:16Z
I would never suggest this location Someone residing in one of the apartment complexes is vandalizing cars in Metcap Craigton Drive parking lots When I went to visit a friend and parked in his spot my car got keyed multiple times with long vertical and horizontal scratches which would cost at least 1300 to fix I discovered that many people living there have had the same issue including my friend He explained that he reported it several times to management and police but no action has been taken yet The management should be able to access camera footage but they havent filed any reports with the police either It seems like they are either too weak or don't care enough to file a proper complaint with law enforcement Unless they take more effective measures in finding who is causing damage on their premises it is not safe for people to reside there more ... hide ...

Von and Clemente have both been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my transition into one of the Centurion Apartments Von has a great charm as well as outstanding service when I spoke with him concerning how to rent an apartment He is always accessible for any needs or questions I may have and I am incredibly thankful Von deserves recognition for his hardworking nature he goes the extra mile to make sure my demands are met Clemente stands out amongst other building managers he puts in a lot of effort with an optimistic attitude Recently I moved into one of the apartments in this complex and was amazed by his enthusiasm and work ethic On my first day there was an emergency I had forgotten to get my bedset from storage but Clemente had the keys It was around ten or eleven at night when I contacted him about bringing it up to me yet he said it wasnt a problem at all arriving only minutes later with what I needed If it werent for Clementes assistance that night would have been spent sleeping on the floor Overall Von and Clemente deserve nothing but praise from me being a resident here is something that really makes me happy more ... hide ...

At Courtney Ridge I have been through seven months of pure misery From the beginning my roommate and I had nothing but problems a leaking sink upon move in and the smell of animal urine from past tenants We have also encountered massive cockroaches our pool was closed due to health code violations mold in the dishwasher that wouldnt drain correctly plus a leaking ceiling and a hitandrun in the parking lot Living there is almost like living on earths version of hell you may save money but its not worth it Every time maintenance comes out they never actually resolve the issue all they do is say things like oh its just water bugs or the dishwasher is supposed to pool water yet nothing gets fixed For example when my ceiling was leaking they said that a contractor was coming to repair it outside however after the next rainstorm passed by the leak was three times worse than before It has been an awful experience which has taken away all my enthusiasm for this city since moving here Therefore I urge you not to support this company more ... hide ...
