2023-03-01T16:30:03ZI'm really pleased with the new location, as it is much closer to home. The new management team has made efforts to simplify the rental process by introducing various procedures, such as working over email and accepting scans for ID. Most of the setup can be done online, and then you can just show up to get your tools ready for work. Recently I needed a mini excavator to remove some big old lilac stumps from my garden; Action Rental provided me with one at an affordable cost and also taught me how to use it before taking it away with no difficulty whatsoever. All in all, I'm very satisfied with their staff and service.
