This building is not suitable for those who prefer a tranquil atmosphere The walls and ceilings are extremely thin so you can hear conversations sneezing and laughter from neighboring apartments You can also clearly distinguish the footsteps of those above you If you appreciate being woken up by shouting or stomping early in the morning then this is an ideal building for you however if its peace and quiet that you crave then this is not the place for you to reside I have never had a full nights sleep since living here Management are friendly and work diligently to keep the premises tidy however there isn't much that can be done about how thin the walls and ceilings areso don't move in Unfortunately there is little respect shown by tenants towards one another too more ... hide ...

The building manager Dave was incredibly rude to us when we attempted to move out on the last day of our lease By law we had until 1159 pm that day to move out yet he tried to force us out at noon To make matters worse after one load of our stuff was taken off by the uhaul he took the elevator off service He eventually put it back on with nothing but snide r 2022-11-03T05:02:19Z

We have called this place home since 2017 Each year has brought more reasons to stay such as its stunning view wildlife proximity to the GO and being able to walk to various places like Metro Canadian Tire LCBO and TD In addition the landscaping is superb and the building is always kept clean The staff have done their utmost to make it a homely environment while all of the dogs are friendly and wellbehaved The cleaning staff have been nothing short of excellent during quarantine in particular The only downside is waiting for an elevator but its nowhere near as bad as those located downtown We highly recommend this building and management for affordable safe living more ... hide ...
