We resided in this area for approximately 15 months until the management changed from Timbercreek to Hazelview Properties The good thing was if you lived in a renovated apartment it received maintenance repairs regardless of whether you complained or not There was also a common laundry which got upgraded recently The location is quite ideal since its situate 2022-11-03T00:02:19Z
We resided in this area for approximately 15 months until the management changed from Timbercreek to Hazelview Properties The good thing was if you lived in a renovated apartment it received maintenance repairs regardless of whether you complained or not There was also a common laundry which got upgraded recently The location is quite ideal since its situated downtown and near Windsors river front as well as the US tunnel if one commutes there Unfortunately our car was broken into while inside the garage and no action was taken Water shutdowns happen often every 12 weeks which begs the question why they cant fix it all at once more ... hide ...

I began living in my apartment on March 1 2020 and the only issue Ive had is that the washers are too small The manager Kara is wonderful she quickly resolves any issues with a backed up sink or clogged toilet and always has a kind demeanor towards me and my children

I have rented at other apartments before but the West Bridge Place is where I truly feel at home The people who live here are so kind and the management is amazing they are not condescending like I have experienced elsewhere They make you feel safe and welcome and the units themselves are luxurious Even though its located downtown the windows dampen all outs 2022-11-03T01:02:17Z
I have rented at other apartments before but the West Bridge Place is where I truly feel at home The people who live here are so kind and the management is amazing they are not condescending like I have experienced elsewhere They make you feel safe and welcome and the units themselves are luxurious Even though its located downtown the windows dampen all outside noise if you shut them you wont hear car traffic Plus each unit has its own ventilation system that does not circulate throughout the building so those concerned about COVID spreading from one unit to another can rest easy here I highly recommend West Bridge Place more ... hide ...

Our experience with Eagle Pointes shortterm rental was very positive COVID caused delays in the construction yet Ironclad went above and beyond to help out tenants in multiple ways Stephanie and Audrey were amazing with communication they responded quickly to all questions and requests big or small and showed great advocacy for tenants during the early stage 2022-10-03T19:32:17Z
Our experience with Eagle Pointes shortterm rental was very positive COVID caused delays in the construction yet Ironclad went above and beyond to help out tenants in multiple ways Stephanie and Audrey were amazing with communication they responded quickly to all questions and requests big or small and showed great advocacy for tenants during the early stages of the delay The building itself is great its situated conveniently near major roads parks groceries and more The apartments have plenty of room plus upgraded features like a gym air conditioning balconies and inapartment laundry machines All in all we highly recommend this place we had a wonderful time there more ... hide ...

The Residence Inn is near shopping and the 417 highway which is convenient I chose it due to the kitchen but the utensils were limited and worn The property was nice though and the room was passable We found some expired food in a cupboard that made us question how well its cleaned after each guest bring your own dish and laundry soap as there are few dishes 2022-11-03T02:02:18Z
