We have called this place home since 2017. Each year has brought more reasons to stay, such as its stunning view, wildlife, proximity to the GO and being able to walk to various places like Metro, Canadian Tire, LCBO and TD. In addition, the landscaping is superb and the building is always kept clean. The staff have done their utmost to make it a homely environment while all of the dogs are friendly and well-behaved. The cleaning staff have been nothing short of excellent during quarantine in particular. The only downside is waiting for an elevator but it's nowhere near as bad as those located downtown. We highly recommend this building and management for affordable safe living.
