Stephanie was incredible and demonstrated how much she truly cared about this apartment complex! She was incredibly friendly, and her beauty radiated both inside and out. The apartments are roomy, contemporary, and spotless. When asked about the carpets and stains, she told us how they would address it instead of us worrying (since there's always a chance for spills). The carpet is only in the bedrooms so it's effortless to clean and maintain! I was tremendously impressed since my apprehension had been focused on carpets; Stephanie comprehended my concern, then proposed a solution that put me at ease. The amenities here are remarkable (especially if you have kids!), all of which were pristine - something I really appreciate! If you're looking for an inexpensive yet clean NEW place to live, this is certainly one I'd recommend without hesitation!!!

Our experience with Eagle Pointe's short-term rental was very positive. COVID caused delays in the construction, yet Ironclad went above and beyond to help out tenants in multiple ways. Stephanie and Audrey were amazing with communication; they responded quickly to all questions and requests, big or small, and showed great advocacy for tenants during the early stages of the delay. The building itself is great: it's situated conveniently near major roads, parks, groceries and more. The apartments have plenty of room plus upgraded features like a gym, air conditioning, balconies and in-apartment laundry machines. All in all we highly recommend this place - we had a wonderful time there!
