I am outraged I have called and sent in a request multiple times yet I still have not received any response When I came to the apartment on Friday my bathroom was an absolute mess the sink was clogged and the room was very untidy Furthermore when I went to use the lobby toilet it looked like it had not been cleaned for months How could you even open this pla 2022-09-26T18:02:18Z
I am outraged I have called and sent in a request multiple times yet I still have not received any response When I came to the apartment on Friday my bathroom was an absolute mess the sink was clogged and the room was very untidy Furthermore when I went to use the lobby toilet it looked like it had not been cleaned for months How could you even open this place for moving in My expectations were not met and it is unfair that no one has gotten back to me about cleaning out my bathroom as promised when signing the lease agreement It is simply unacceptable that I had to resort to using other peoples washrooms because of this poor service one of my roommates even told me some flatmates had to clean out the apartment before they moved in Security around here is also nonexistent from what I can tell which further adds to this problem This entire experience has been extremely dissatisfying something needs to be done about it soon more ... hide ...

We are grateful for our two bedroom Valley View apartment on the fifth floor with a wonderful mountain view Our need for a wheelchair accessible parking space was met and an ambulance crew even commented that this building is the best theyve ever been in due to the roomy hallway and ability to fit their stretcher into the bathroom We are thankful to Broadstr 2022-11-01T19:02:17Z

My roommate and I both love our home here so we decided to renew our lease The apartment staff is super friendly and always responds quickly when we need them We can even submit maintenance requests via the app and theyll be completed within 24 hours One of the best parts of living here is there are never any bugs unlike my experience in Austin which was tr 2022-09-15T10:32:16Z
My roommate and I both love our home here so we decided to renew our lease The apartment staff is super friendly and always responds quickly when we need them We can even submit maintenance requests via the app and theyll be completed within 24 hours One of the best parts of living here is there are never any bugs unlike my experience in Austin which was traumatizing for me The complex is well taken care of with groundskeepers continually picking up any messes that arise Its also a great place for dogs and families since its still in the city but not too close there were a few incidents a few months back but none that affected us The only thing I wish there was more of was kitchen storage since we both like cooking but other than that this place is amazing and Im so happy to live here more ... hide ...
