I've been living here for a year and have encountered many issues. At first, when I applied, the only option was to do a 'virtual tour' of the apartment. I thought it looked nice and decided to move in without seeing the condition of it first. When I went to sign, they said it would be more than expected. Once I moved in there were several things broken or damaged such as paint over roaches, hair and food; an unpleasant odor lingered; my dishwasher broke during the first week flooding my carpet; mold developed in the bathroom; AC took three weeks for them to fix; two weeks required for them to unclog my bathtub (which is my only one); toilet is leaking due to their 'temporary fix'; extra fees ranging from $50 - $100 if they can get away with it; almost got fined $50 for using patio area; pest fee yet haven't come by in past three months; car break-ins are common as well as trash everywhere outside of my apartment. The landlord and this place are a joke - wouldn't recommend at all! If you had better experience then good luck but this is just mine.
