I can only give this place 'no stars'. It has been an absolute nightmare living at these apartments; I wanted to extend my stay because it was convenient, but following so many problems with maintenance and management, I had to move. In two years, my apartment flooded six times and only twice did the maintenance staff come to help clean up and attempt a solution. The last time was in the master bedroom bathroom--the ceiling collapsed over the tub area; water dripped from the closet walls; then my kitchen and dining room started to flood too. Maintenance took over a month to "fix" it, during which time we couldn't use the bathroom--I understand some fixes take longer, but a month? It required five calls from me for them to remember I needed help with that bathroom while still being charged full rent for an apartment with one functional restroom. The same goes for carpet repairs after flooding--it also took too long. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially as they always demand rent on time. Don't even bother paying online as you're better off taking them a money order (and make sure you keep copies).
